I love pizza

Choose just one kind of food it’s not easy to do. There are a lot of different dishes in the gastronomic world, but if I must pick one I would say pizza is my favourite.

I like it because it’s very easy to prepare, taste good and you can share it with your friends in many situations, like a party, after work, etc. Also it’s easy to store, just cover it with a plastic foil, put it in the refrigerator and you have pizza for many days.

There are different recipes to prepare pizza, but I prefer the Italian one. Now I going to tell you how I prepare pizza. First thing is buying the ingredients, you´ll need the dough, cheese, tomatoes, tomato sauce, ham, and olives. Then you must cover the dough with the tomato sauce; apply the slices of ham, and over the ham put the cheese. After that cut the tomato and put it on the ham. You can add olives as a final touch.

Put the pizza into the oven and wait about twenty minutes. Now you can enjoy a wonderful pizza.

My Dream Job? It´s complicated

Answer the question “what is you dream job?” it’s a little bit complicated for me. As  the years go passing by I have changed my preferences many times. I think that the perfect job for me depends of what is in my mind, at the moment.

It’s true, I’m studying journalism, but I don’t want to be a reporter who works in a newspaper and write all day long, I don´t like writing so much. A few years ago I wanted to be musician, guitar player, to be specific, but I changed my mind. I still like playing guitar, but not so much recently.

…And what is in my mind now? Well about a year ago I started taking photos, and I liked it, it was like  discover a whole new world to me. Then I started to research about making videos with my DSLR camera and I like it too. Now I have a project with a couple of friends, mount a video producer company.

So for now I want to work making videos, maybe doing movies, telling stories to people, who knows, maybe it works.

Russia a great place to visit

I want to travel to Russia. The main reason to visit that country is because it's the largest one in the  world.  Also Russia has a lot of architectural places; like the red square, located in Moscow. That is the main square in Russia. Next to the Red Square is the Saint Basil’s Cathedral , a colorful church. The building was finished  in 1561 and now its a museum.  The  Moscow’s  subway  is wonderful too.

That country has an important history too. In 1917 started the Russian Revolution headed by Lenin against the tsarist autocracy  and then the Soviet Union was born, untill its finished in 1990. Another interesting  fact is they put the first man into outer space.

I want to visit the natural landscapes of Russia, a big territory allow different geographic zones. The Ural Mountains are an attractive place to practice climbing.

And finally The National Russian Anthem is the most powerful and energic in the world, in my personal opinion. So if you want to know a different country I suggest you Russia because is cool.

YouTube

I'm studying journalism and I like writing and researching  about music. I need to update my knowledge about music very often, so YouTube is a good site to watch new videos and listen to new music. 

Youtube offers a friendly interface, it's easy to use. The site allows HD videos, that provides great image and audio quality. If you have a Gmail account you can create a YouTube account, so you can upload your own videos and create a channel to share your stuff. When you have an account YouTube suggests content based in the videos that you saw before, i think that is a cool feature. You can make comments and rate the videos too.

I visit it every day and someday I'll upload a video playing guitar or something like that. I like it because there I can find all the music and videos that I like.  If you don't know the site (I doubt about it)  here is the link http://www.youtube.com/

Jack Reacher

The last movie i saw was Jack Reacher. I saw it yesterday in my room. 

The movie starts when a man  kills five random people with an sniper. The police catch a man who is the main suspect  of the murders, but they don't know that he is innocent.  Detective in charge of the investigation interrogates this guy, but he doesn't want to talk, he just writtes to Jack Reacher in a papper. Jack is a retired militar who can prove that the suspect is innocent. So when Jack starts to investigate deeper he discovers that  people were killed for a misterious reason. 

Tom Cruise is Jack Reacher, Robert Duvall is an old marine who helps Jack to defeat the bad guys and Rosamund Pike is a sexy lawyer who helps Reacher too.

It's a very interesting movie, with a little bit of suspense, has great fight scenes, but the end is predictable.

Pod XT Live

My favourite piece of technology is my Pod XT Live. It is a guitar effects pedal. I bought it in The Crowne Plaza gallery, two years ago. Now im using it every day, because i must practice guitar at least two hours each day. 

With this device i can play with headphones, get a lot of guitar effects, record my playing, and I can use it like  an audio interface too. 

I like because it's easy to use, and when I need to play live or in a rehearsal is very comfortable, because it just needs three wires and nothing else. It's has 120 banks to save my presets, and I can enable and  disable effects meanwhile i'm playing.

Without this guitar pedal I couldn't  practice, because I play in the night generally and the guitar through an amp it's too loud. So the guitar effects pedal  helps me to have a good relationship with my neighbors.

Pink Floyd

I don’t have a favourite band, but I like a lot Pink Floyd. They started at the end of 60s like a psychodelic rock band and the name comes from the name of two bluesmen. The founder and singer, Syd Barret, lost his mind for his excessive drug addiction, for this reason David Gilmour began to play in Pink Floyd. In 1973 the band released The Dark Side of The Moon, a masterpiece of progressive and fusion rock. This album made famous the band in the entire world.

I like this band because they have great compositions, they were pioneers using sound effects and the melodies are really nice to me. The song that I like of them is Comfortably Numb from The Wall. This song talks about the madness of an artist who must perform a show. The main and outro solo are amazing, one of the best solos in history of rock.
